Grand Prize: One drawn on Friday, 5 December 2008 at 2pm AEST and includes your choice of $1,000 worth of Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards or $1,000 worth of Farmers Gift Cards. Total prize valued at up to AUD$1,000.

Entry can be made by entering your required details online and referring at least one other person with a valid email address to go in the draw. Each valid additional referral provided earns you a bonus entry into the prize draw. Referral email addresses deemed invalid by the Promoter will not be accepted as bonus entries. No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Contest commences Thursday, 4 September 2008 at 12:00am AEST and entries close on Wednesday, 3 December 2008 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win. Contest is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over who submit an eligible entry. Prizes guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest conducted simultaneously in Australia and New Zealand. Winners will assume responsibility for all taxes, licensing and/or duty. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

It is a condition of entry that each entrant must check the consent box. By checking the consent box, entrants are confirming that they authorise Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd to use their contact details (residential and email) and telephone number(s) (work, mobile and home/private) provided in this entry form for sales and marketing purposes, in particular, for the purpose of offering the opportunity to attend a timeshare sales presentation on the WorldMark South Pacific Holiday Ownership program, for an indefinite period. In the event that the entrant does not provide their contact details (residential and email) and telephone number(s) (work, mobile and home/private), the Promoter reserves the right to obtain those contact details and telephone number(s) from various sources made available in the public domain such as, but not limited to, publicly available directories and the entrant authorises the Promoter to contact them on those contact details and telephone number(s) for an indefinite period. Entrants and their referrals may be contacted by phone, mail or email for the purpose of promoting the Promoter, partner or supporting merchant's various products and services. All prize values correct at time of printing. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Competition can be entered by completing an entry form in full via a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd promotion at www.competitionsbywyndham.com.au, www.competitionsbywyndham.co.nz or via a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Alliance Partner. Winners advised by mail and the results published in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 17 December 2008. If the Grand Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday, 9 March 2009 subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Winners of redraws will be published in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 18 March 2008 (if applicable). Prize winners' list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Winners' List c/o Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, PO Box 7493, GCMC QLD 9726 or visiting www.wyndhamvrap.com. All prize winners must agree to the use of pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. Draws and re-draws will be conducted at 130 Bundall Road, Bundall QLD at 2pm AEST on the draw date.
